Eye Ball Punch

  • 1 tin of lychees
  • 1 punnet of blueberries
  • Black currant 0% sugar Miwadi

Drain the lychees and push a blueberry into the centre if each one. Put them in a punch bowl. Make up the amount of Miwadi you need – follow the instructions on pack. Pour into the punch bowl and watch the eyeballs float to the top!

Gooey guts and eyeball cheesecakes

This is a great way to get fruit into kids at Halloween!

  • 1 pack mini rice cakes
  • 180g pack cream cheese
  • 1-2 dessert spoons Orange 0% sugar Miwadi
  • Blueberries and raspberries

Mix the Miwadi with the cream cheese. Spread the cheese mixture onto the rice cakes. Mash the raspberries and spread them on top of half of the rice cakes. Pop blueberries into the centre of the remaining rice cakes. Enjoy!
