The successful week-long television series came to a dramatic conclusion on Saturday the 22nd August as Sean ‘The Dragon' Gallagher took the Charity Lords Of The Ring title belt from Paul 'Showbiz' Martin following a spilt decision from the judges. After two weeks of intensive training at boot camp and three gruelling bouts, the Cavan native emerged victorious leaving losing finalist Paul Martin to reflect on what might have been.

All 10 brave celebs who took to the ring in the name of charity had an extra incentive to impress as the longer they stayed in the competition, the more money their chosen charity received. A total of €109,000 was raised through Sona's sponsorship of the show, supplemented by proceeds from final night ticket sales.

Our very own Ray Shah managed to bag an impressive €9,850 for Temple Street. Thanks for all of your hard work and dedication Ray! The series was produced for RTÉ by Screentime ShinAwiL.
