Direct Support

Every year Temple Street Children's University Hospital, has a particular project or projects that are funded mainly through the generosity of both public and corporate donations - Our current projects for 2007 are: -

• A dedicated Cystic Fibrosis and Respiratory Outpatient unit which will cost in the region of €2.7m
  
• The redevelopment of St Michael's B Ward.
  

We rely on individual and company support for these funds.

Staff Volunteering

Each year some 1000 volunteers are required to work on our National Trick or Treat campaign and other similar events. Many of these volunteers come to us as the staff of our corporate partners and a lot return year after year to support the work we do. Staff Fundraising

An excellent way of encouraging creativity, mobilizing & uniting staff and creating an increased sense of shared purpose and team spirit. This is a win-win arrangement, resulting in a motivated staff and the collection of crucial funds for Temple Street Children's University Hospital. We have a strong track record in this area and can assist with ideas and their implementation. Staff can also participate through a direct debit or give-as-you-earn programme. Gift in Kind

The fundraising Office in Temple Street Children's University Hospital has been aware for some time now that the hospital would be moving to another site.   With this in mind, all our fundraising efforts go into raising money for equipment such as an MRI scanner which cost €1.9m and which can be easily transferred to another site. All equipment purchased is essential in the short term to meet our growing needs.
