Terms & Conditions

1. The Big Splash is a sponsored swimming event taking place nationwide throughout Ireland. The event is run by The Children's Fund for Health Ltd, the fundraising office of Temple Street Children's University Hospital, Temple Street, Dublin 1. Registered charity number CHY 13534.
2. Persons aged sixteen years and under must obtain consent from their parent or guardian prior to participating in The Big Splash.
3. Authorised participants aged sixteen years and under must have adult supervision while completing their challenge for The Big Splash.
4. Participants must adhere at all times to the rules and regulations of the swimming pool in which they will be completing their challenge.
5. Participants must make themselves aware of water safety rules and be alert to water safety throughout their challenge. The Children's Fund for Health Ltd and Temple Street Children's University Hospital cannot accept responsibility for any accidents, personal injury or property loss/damage incurred during your challenge.
6. All sponsorship cards must be issued to an authorised participant and cannot be swapped or transferred between individuals. Any changes pertaining to participant's details and sponsorship cards must be made known to The Fundraising Office at Temple Street Children's University Hospital.
7. All sponsorship cards used and unused must be returned to The Fundraising Office at Temple Street Children's University Hospital, Temple Street, Dublin 1.
